How it works

  1. Sign up below — takes about a minute.
  2. Sign the Affiliate Referral Agreement (we email it from sign.engagedent.com).
  3. Complete a quick W-9 so we can pay you legally.
  4. We add you as a vendor in Brex — Brex emails you to securely add your bank info on their side.
  5. Submit dentist leads through your portal — every closed practice earns you 10% of Net Revenue, paid monthly via Brex ACH, for 12 months.
